The studio space is 7,000 square feet with a sprung dance floor that is 40’ x 30’. - How many people does it seat?

The space can hold up to 150 people as allowed by the fire marshal.
The seating risers can be arranged, at a cost to the renter, to hold up to 150 people. - What types of projects has the space been used for?
- Rehearsal, Workshops and short run performances.
- If we rent the space, what on-site equipment use is included in the rental fee?

The hourly rental fee of $20.00 includes just work lights.
Additional theatrical equipment can be requested and negotiated based on needs and availability. - Are chairs and tables included, and if so, how many are available for our use?
- Folding Chairs and tables not in use by other Shakespeare Festival/LA activity can be included in the rental.
- Do we set up the space ourselves, or do we provide a layout for your staff to set up the space?
- Setting up the space depends on your needs. Theatrical needs need to be negotiated with Shakespeare Festival/LA staff.
- Is parking available? For how many cars?
- The parking area at Shakespeare Festival/LA is very small. It safely accommodates 12 cars. Additional parking can be found on streets surrounding Shakespeare Festival/LA.
- What hours is the space available to rent?
- Hours when there is not Shakespeare Festival/LA programming.
- What are the rental fees?
- $20.00 an hour for the bare bones. Additional expenses must be negotiated.
- How much notice is needed to rent the space?
- At least 48 hours.
- Is there a minimum number or type of staff that our group must have on site while we are renting the space?
- You must have an individual assigned to coordinate with Shakespeare Festival/LA. A producer, stage manger type or production manager or technical director is best.
